Where we come from
The founder of The Karwal Group, Bob Singh, entered the hotel business with the acquisition of a small motel in Simcoe, Ontario in 2012 . Through its ownership interests in various full-service, select-service hotels in diverse markets over many years. The Karwal Group draws from a wealth of experience and a strong network of industry players. The company’s professional management and development business is informed by an entrepreneurial spirit seasoned through years of investment expertise.
